Hasty Bake Basting Pan
Great for cooking chili, beans, smoking and basting meats, and boiling water. Simply take out one of the cooking grills and slide the baster pan right in. You will also need to remove your grease drain rod.
Note:
- Small Baster Pan (11 1/4" x 10 1/4" without the lip and 4 1/8" deep) Fits the Suburban and Continental models.
- Large Baster Pan (16 1/2" x 13 1/2" without the lip and 4" deep) Fits the Hasty-Bake Legacy, Gourmet, 357 PRO, Fiesta, and Hastings models.

Ordered this sight unseen and really not knowing what the quality was like. However seeing how it is a Hastybake product I felt comfortable. Bottom line I was not disappointed.
Day after arrival I put it to work on some Pepper Stout Beef. Worked great, since the PSB cook I have used it on chili (Nick take notice sans beans) and white chicken chili.
I viewed this Pan as an alternative to my Dutch Oven and with the built in handles and perfect fit in the Hastybake it made since for me to pull the trigger.
