Stress-tested by some of the highest-ranked cooks in BBQ for over a year, this cooker has incorporated long-desired features often requested by barrel/drum-using cooks on the competition trail. A sizable, heavy-duty firebox holds enough coal so you'll hardly ever need to refill mid-cook. A large fire door allows full access to the coals for adding smoking wood, tending your fire, or effortless clean-out when the cook is done. The legendary Hasty Bake convection is achieved with our signature-shaped hood and precise vent placement, circulating heat and smoke around your meat, rather than billowing up a chimney.
With just a little practice, burn times can exceed 18 hours with little to no adjustment. Step up your game with the all-new Hasty Bake Roughneck Powder-Coated barrel smoker.

The hasty bake barrel neck smoker is amazing So far we’ve done chicken and we smoked a pork butt for 14 hours the other day that was absolutely amazing. I was really quite surprised at how well it cooked and smoked. It is my new go to smoker but highly recommend anybody that’s on the fence about this to get one. You won’t be disappointed.
So far I’m really enjoying this smoker. Have used an offset wood box forever and I have to say I a really am pleased not having to babysit my new Roughneck! I have only smoked on it once (pork butt and 2 whole chickens) but I am extremely impressed so far. Brisket this weekend!
These are really built well and work great. Really easy to get the temp dialed in and it holds steady. I have ran it at between 200 and 225 for a couple of hours then I have had it at 375-400 to sear using the lower rack. Ran a cool today between 225 - 250 for 9 hours on about 3/4 of a basket full of lump and pecan great cook.
