Hasty Bake Heat Deflector
This is a replacement Heat Deflector for your Hasty Bake grill. The heat deflector sits on top of the lift mechanism/firebox and is used to smoke food with indirect heat.
It's very important that you measure the dimensions before ordering a part. If your grill was made before 1988 your dimensions may be slightly different.

The heat deflector is stainless steel and fits perfectly in the Ranger. It helps with those large cuts of meat that require more time..

I had a friend who gave me his mother’s Hasty Bake grill. It is from the early 60’s. I love everything about it. The heat deflector for smoking works great! Cook on it at least 5 times a week!
