Mediocre. There are tons of rubs on the market and this one is just average. But I still want an oven!
Spiced at the right level, use it on anything
I have used the HB rub on pork and beef. I typically combine with a little sweeter rub on the bark profile. It has great texture and doesn’t clump. Another very good HB product. Thanks Hastybake
I wish I could enjoy the ribs at BurnCo but I live in Colorado. So I do my best to make my ribs so that they taste like BurnCo. This spice makes that possible.
