I only have two cooks on the Ranger but love it. My first cook was a tri-tip smoked and cooked to brisket temps. It was great and would almost melt in your mouth. The second was steaks and they were a delicious med rare. As I write this I have it going at 250 with a pan of weiners on. They're seasoned with head country seasoning and after smoking for 1 1/2 hours I'll add head country BBQ sauce and crank up the heat to set the sauce. Guess I'll call them weiner burnt ends. Couldn't be happier!
