Cooked fresh salmon last night. Used the HB recipe for cedar plank. Came out perfect. Tonight beer can chicken.

Enjoyed reading the book, the fire starter gel works great, but the gloves are a little tight, my hands are average size anyone with large hands would not be happy
The starter kit looks nice, but, I still don’t have the grill to try them on!
