The nuts that came with the basket won’t fit the thumb screws . They have different threads . Haven’t used the basket yet.

I wish there was a larger size that could accommodate a whole fish nose to tail. The width is fine, but it could be much longer and still fit the larger rotisserie rod.
Cooking whole fish was going to be my main use for this basket. Now I am not sure what I will use this basket for. Everything else that just came with our new HastyBake is so awesome in design and craftsmanship that I feel a bit let down by this.
We used the basket to grill salmon and skinless chicken thighs spritzed w/ kikommens soy sauce. Both turned out well. Only turned the rotisserie 180 degrees when cooking the fish and kept the rotisserie constantly moving with the chicken. Clean-up was a lot easier than anticipated.
