Roughneck Lower Cooking Rack Kit
Upgrade your Roughneck barrel smoker with a lower cooking rack kit. Mounted 6.5" lower than the standard cooking rack, this secondary grate kit effectively doubles your cooking space (from 400sq inches to 800sq inches), allowing you to fit more meat on your smoker or utilize a water or catch pan.
This kit includes 4 mounting rails, all necessary hardware and 2 stainless steel, laser-cut cooking grates. No drilling required.

I’ve have smoked a brisket and a pork butt so far in this thing and it is awesome. It showed up on a pallet fully put together and only had to unbox the internal accessories. The only bummer is I missed the butcher box deal that came out a couple weeks later.
I’m very happy with the lower cooking rack. After I get the meat good and smoked will move it to the lower rack and finish it off.
